There’s a 72 hours cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule. In order to book your appointment we require a 50% of the service cost as a deposit. Deposit is not refundable if there’s no show or cancel last minute. Treatment packages are not refundable or exchangeable. If package is not fully used after 1 year it will not be valid anymore. Packages paid in full are not refunded if business is not able to provide the service. Gift certificates expired after 1 year from purchase. Gift certificates are not valid to use towards products. Gift certificates are not considered cash and they are not refundable or exchangeable. Products are no refundable or exchangeable.
